Handheld Fluorescent Inspection UV LED Lamp XEPU-1605

Co., Ltd has launched a new generation of high-intensity LED UV-A lamp XEPU-1605 for non-destructive testing, leak detection, and other fluorescent inspection applications. The advantage of high-intensity UV irradiation is excellent fluorescence response, helping the NDT inspector to find the damaged parts easily.
The Handheld Fluorescent Inspection UV LED Lamp XEPU-1605 lenses are long-lasting and able to ensure uniform UV light beam. Comparing to the plastic lens, it has almost no transmittance attenuation after long time use. In addition, Fluorescent Inspection Lamp XEPU-1605 is compact, lightweight, and ergonomic, weighing only 600g (excluding battery weight). There are two operation modes for this lamp: hold the handle for flexible inspection or fix the lamp via the screw holes at the tail of the handle for stationary inspection. Two power supply modes are available: battery power supply and 100-240V AC.
The Handheld Fluorescent Inspection UV LED Lamp XEPU-1605 has 5 powerful UV-A LEDs for fluorescent inspection. The heat generated from these LEDs is dissipated via a mechanical cooling system. These high-quality LEDs provide a high intensity UV irradiation. The XEPU-1605 have a normal steady state intensity of 7,000 µW/cm² at 15 inches. The coverage area encompasses a large 7-inch diameter at 15 inches, with a minimum UV-A intensity of 2,000 µW/cm². The visible light emission is less than 0.2 foot-candle (< 2.1 lux).
