Hyperfolder YFP, also known as hfYFP, is a yellow fluorescent protein. Yellow fluorescent protein (YFP) is a genetic mutant of green fluorescent protein (GFP) originally derived from the jellyfish Aequorea victoria. Hyperfolder YFP is reported to be a rapidly-maturing weak dimer with moderate acid sensitivity.
Figure below: structure of Hyperfolder YFP fluorescent protein
The excitation peak of Hyperfolder YFP fluorescent protein is 514 nm. The emission peak of Hyperfolder YFP fluorescent protein is 529 nm.
To detect Hyperfolder YFP fluorescent protein, use Fluorescence Flashlight GFPfinder-2101CY. Equipped with 12w high-power LEDs, Fluorescence Flashlight GFPfinder-2101CY offers intense excitation light of 490-515 nm, making it excellent for the detection of YFP expression in plant leaves, roots, seeds, and animals. Use Fluorescence Flashlight GFPfinder-2101CY in a dark environment, detect Hyperfolder YFP fluorescence with the naked eye!
